If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer exchanges or store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of an online discount code that can be used at any time in the future.

Steps to complete an exchange or return for store credit:
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. The email should include your name, order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
We will respond within 48 hours confirming your request for exchange/return. Instructions to complete the exchange/return will be provided at this time - including return address and other details you may need.
Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with sending the item(s) back to us. However, we will happily cover the shipping cost to send the new item(s) to you in the case of an exchange.
